We’ve made it to Week 4 of the January Reset Challenge, today we’re waking things up with a bright, breezy vinyasa flow.
Vinyasa yoga is all about linking breath with movement, creating a smooth, almost dance-like flow that helps you feel awake, warm, and connected to your body. It’s beginner-friendly, playful, and always adjustable depending on how you’re feeling.
If you’re returning to practice or just getting started, this class is such a nice way to build confidence and remember what your body is capable of. And if you’re in Portsmouth, feel free to join us in person — we have super welcoming beginners classes and I’d love to see you.
